How do I book at Hotel Sinbad?
We have a system where you can make a quick and easy booking in 4 simple steps whenever you want - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. First you have to check availability and then fill in the desired fields to make the booking until you reach the payment gateway where the transaction takes place.
How are my transactions protected at Hotel Sinbad?
The security of your credit card is our chief concern, which is why we have the security of a bank. In other words, our transactions are carried out through a payment gateway with the strictest security systems that exist on the web. Our booking system is under a 128-bit encrypted connection.
Can I contact Hotel Sinbad directly to make a booking?

The international standard procedure establishes that a room or an apartment is available from noon on the day of arrival. In the case of hotels and small apartment groups, the room may be vacated at noon, so it will need to be cleaned and may not be ready for the next arrival until around 2pm. Keep this in mind if you are planning to arrive at the hotel before noon.
You will also have to vacate your room by 12:00 at the latest on the day of departure. This is especially important if your return flight is at night and you do not plan to leave your hotel/apartment until late afternoon or perhaps after midnight. We have a luggage storage service and shower and toilet facilities so that you can enjoy Ibiza until the last moment. You may arrive in the early hours of the morning and occupy your room immediately. This counts as your first night. On the day of departure you may have to wait a long time before you leave the hotel/studio for the airport.
Hours and services:
Hotel hours are subject to change without notice at different times of the year. Ask at the reception desk and they will inform you of the hours established during your stay.
Winter hours: Breakfast from 7:45 to 10:15. Lunch from 13:00 to 15:30. Dinner from 19:30 to 22:00.
Summer hours: Breakfast from 8:15 to 10:30. Lunch from 13:00 to 15:30. Dinner from 20:00 to 22:30.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from 8:00 to 19:00 in the summer season and the Spa from 9:00 to 21:30.
These hours are for information purposes only, they are not strictly and constantly applied, so it is best to check on arrival at the hotel.
We have parking spaces with no option to reserve and strictly according to availability. We have 12 parking spaces outside the hotel and 3 inside. Ask about their use at the reception desk.
When do I pay for my booking?
All reservations made are paid or guaranteed by paying the first night and the rest on the day of check in through online POS or credit card payment, according to offer and payment conditions. Upon arrival, the credit card used for the reservation must be presented. If none of the guests is the cardholder, please notify the hotel in advance prior to arrival. Otherwise we will not be able to process the payment correctly.
When will the payment take effect?
The time needed to process and charge your card varies from country to country. It can take up to 5 days before it appears in your account. The rest of the payment will be made on the day of arrival at the apartments.
What is the cancellation policy?
1.- If you are need to cancel 2 days or more before your day of arrival, all payments will be refunded in full.
2.- If you make a cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival or if you fail to appear at the hotel, a charge will be made in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Tourism of the Government of the Balearic Islands i.e. a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation booked.
3.- Simbad Hotel reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations in the event of fraud or error on the part of the hotel, with prior notice. In this case, The hotel will notify within a maximum period of 48 hours of the error, giving the client the alternative of accepting the correct settings or cancelling the reservation made
