Check-in / check-out records
Standards of international proceedings regulates availability of rooms or appartments from noon of the arrival day onwards. In the case of hotels or small appartment groups, check-out maybe at noon, because the room must be cleaned and may not be ready for the next arrival at about 14.00 h. Please, keep that in mind in case your arrival is scheduled before noon.
You will also have to check out at about 11:00 on the day of your departure. This is particularly important if you return flight is at night and if you do not plan to leave your hotel/appartment in the last minute of the afternoon or maybe after midnight. You might arrive before 06:00 and take your room immediately. This will count as your first night. The check-out day, perhaps you will have to wait for a long time before leaving the hotel/apparment to go to the airport.
Hours and services:
The hotel´s hours are subject to management changes without prior advice according to the season of the year. Ask at reception and you will be informed of the established hours during your stay.
Winter opening times: Breakfast from 7.45 to 10.15am. Lunch from 1.00 to 3.30pm. Dinner from 7.30 to 10.00pm.
Summer opening times: Breakfast from 8.15 to 10.30am. Lunch from 1.00 to 3.30pm. Dinner from 8.00 to 10.30pm.
The open-air swimming pool is open between 8am and 7pm in summer and the Spa, from 9am to 9.30pm.
These opening times are for information purposes only and are not rigidly applied, as a result it is advisable to enquire on your arrival.
There is parking available without the option for reservation subject to strict availability. On the hotel forecourt there are 12 parking places with 3 inside. Ask at reception about their use.

The time needed to process and charge it on your card varies from country to country. The charge on your card can appear 5 days after payment. The rest may be paid at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
1.- In the case of a cancellation 7 or more days before your arrival date, a full refund will be given
2.- If a cancellation is received less than 7 days before the arrival date or in the case of a no show at the hotel, The prepayment will not be given back.
